Speaking of 16' ceilings, I forgot to mention that the penthouse in this project will have 16' ceilings. Same as the penthouse at Trump Tower Chicago, and Donald Trump's NYC apartment.

That does make sense - that 12ft isn't a big risk - it depends whether the City staff are willing to bend or tell the developer to be satisfied with 10ft (which is still very high for downtown).
Nice to see that the penthouses will live up to the name - unlike so many that have standard floorplates and ceiling heights.
