What tower was/is under construction close to teh Shangri-La Hotel in Toronto?

It's a tall building, i'm not sure if it's completed or not.

Are you perhaps referring to the U/C Theatre Park (circled in red)? Or the recently completed Boutique Condos (in yellow)?
