How are we getting all this activity but no renderings? This is really reminding me of the Beacon project, where it took forever for an actual rendering to come out.

no rendering of the shorter building has been released. It's possible that the building will look exactly the same except they chopped 4-6 floors.

we didn't know the revised floor count- only that height was reduced to 271 ft.

Yeah, but if it got cut from 400 to 271, which really sucks by the way, we could expect around 1/4 of the floors to be cut off, then 8 floors removed is a reasonable expectation.

not really, the lower levels are never the same height as the actual apt levels. So while 130 ft may have been cut, it likely didn't change the floor heights of the lobby or amenities/retail levels. Including the floor thickness each residential floor is probably 11-12ft.

This does not look bad at all... very walkable.

^I believe that will be an entrance way for residents on 19th Street, and they decided to keep that structure-the truss there so the lobby will have that "industrial" hipster feel. Just a guess... ...we would know if Pearl actually posted updated and detailed renderings somewhere.
