Success is/was a pleasant surprise. not pretty? throw a bag over her face.

here's The Uptown and Crstal Blu yesterday aft.


this is the lovely Casa bella. the 80 storey 1BLR E is supposed to be(!) rising in the fore.

I like City place too...it's not cutting edge design, but still......each of the towers on their own is remarkably well executed. Yes Concord could have done better with scale and connectivity to the rest of the surrounding city & nieghbourhood, but over time I'm sure these issues will be addressed. - And remember, this area is very isolated, that being it was the former rail lands...and also locked in by the Gardiner.

There is so much further development planned for Cityplace, it will knock your socks off!!!

It could be some rust runoff from the steel pillars holding up the above slab but that would just wash right off. Either way it shouldn't be a big deal.
