Red face TORONTO | Beyond the Sea (& Star Tower) | 44 FL | 37 FL | 26 FL

Located in south Etobicoke, an inner suburb bordering Lake Ontario in the southwestern-most part of metro Toronto

The towers' designs are very generic but Empire Communities are known across the GTA for excellent unit finishes, layouts and residential amenities. Lots of nice interior pics!
_ ___________ _ ___________ _ ___________ _ ___________ _

The interiors look very well thought out.

So is it only the 44 floor phase to go up? Overall it looks pretty cool, and adds some density to that part of the city and lakeshore...

Yes, the 44 Tower is the last one to go up. It's crane still gets in the picture at ground level.

The curve of the land is messing with my sense of direction..

Am I looking north towards Yorkville, or south towards the Etobicoke shore..

awesome trickery.

What are each of their official heights? The thread title only gives the floor count...

That site is coming along nicely! It's really cool to see more stuff going skywards in Etobicoke and by the lakeshore, outside of downtown...
