Portland, how I love thee

Hey everyone, just joined the forum. Thought I'd throw my two cents in since the Northwest district came up -- I live near 21st and W. Burnside. If you live on the north side of Burnside with a car, a zone parking permit is all you need. But luckily I work downtown, so I can walk there in 15 minutes. It is so easy to get around if you can avoid driving. The PGE Park Max station is 5 minutes away, the streetcar 10 minutes away, and there are frequent bus lines up and down Burnside. Oh yeah, and my one-bedroom just got bumped to $675/mo, which I think is slightly below average if you're near NW 23rd.
