Per the previously posted article:

But the same building in the first phase will house 26,000 square feet of retail space plus a 200-room boutique hotel.

2000 Ross, Flora, Halls Arts Phase II, the Perot development off Woodall and the 40 story apartment tower going up between it and Fountain Place are great signs that density and height is finally coming to Downtown

Tesla is expected to occupy the former Buckle tenant space in Southlake Town Square, across Grand Avenue from Apple and Michael Kors. This will be Tesla's fourth gallery in DFW.

Also in Southlake, a developer is proposing an office/hotel development at the southeast corner of SH114 and White Chapel Blvd.

Project Location

The development includes a Delta hotel, two five-story offices with underground parking, and a six-story office building with an adjacent parking garage.

Delta Hotels operates only two hotels in the United States - Orlando and Racine.

Here's a screenshot I took from the 1/17/17 City Council meeting:

Just a reminder, let's try to post construction updates in their respective threads.

Thank you everyone for your contributions.

Construction updates are perfectly relevant in this thread as they are updates of the current city development. They are also highly encouraged.

@Thymant
thank you so much for the awesome pictures!
Perhaps the main reason I get on this thread is to look at the construction of the projects.
I can start posting construction photos on this thread and the projects specified threads as well

Thank you everyone for the support, I do try to put all photos in the respective threads but sometimes I do get lazy after spending hours taking the photos, filtering them, and posting them so once in while they will end up here instead of thear respective for time saving purposes. But I do always welcome others to post my photos in other threads were they fill most fit so long as they credit .

^ When I read the article and it quoted someone involved claiming: "this will be the best garage!" I nearly spat out my coffee laughing at the preposterous and contradictory nature of the statement. But seeing the design, that's actually somewhat attractive. One of the very, very few examples of a parking garage done right.

Interesting. I must have missed it, but is that office space on the end of the garage or some sort of shared amenity space (gym, etc) for Fountain Place and eventually the residential building next to it? Either way, next to the garage going up across from the Trammel Crow tower (wrapped in residential with hotel and residential towers), I'd say this is the best garage. hahaha
