So nice to see INDX above ground. After all the years of dead projects on that site, it's nice to see somthing materialize. Judging from the renders, it's no landmark but pretty solid looking infill.

It will help bump up the pedestrian flow after 5pm too. It still feels really dead around there when the office workers go home. I'd love to see another 4000-5000 permanent residents in the CBD.
