It's gonna look dynamite on that corner. I'm liking the oval looking roofline with the fin on top. Atrium?

I hope they only have corner SE or NE facing balconies because if they have any in the middle facing that mamoth cement wall of the building just to the east of it, that would be just sad.

If you check out the project's website, they have a flash intro with the outline of the building in the skyline - here's a screen cap

So I took the rendering you guys posted and found this similar photo on flickr by Johnny Lang and tried to squeeze it into that similar frame:

It looks high though, doesn't it?

Awesome project for Regina!

Actually you have it on the wrong side of that building on the far left of the pic. Thats the building with the monster concrete wall I was talking about above BUT i noticed that the building has been made in a way (according to the rendering) that the balconies/apartments would be mainly facing either north or south and NOT into that concrete wall.

I find it odd that the projects website put the outline of the building in the wrong spot. You'd think they could get it right. Maybe they wish they could build it there or maybe the optics will sell it better there than directly behind that oil building on the left where it actually will be built. I smell a little advertising deception here.
