Onni's plans for the Greyhound site on Goose Island?

Certainly has a Canadian vibe. Not sure I understand the need for a hotel here, but the height of these towers will certainly standout.

That Goose Island shit looks amazing. With that said, that render could be anywhere in North America.

Good to see that area being developed. Yeah its always nice when developments extend the skyline as opposed to being in the same general area, lost among the mass of towers. 2k units as well.

Goose island looks pretty meh. Towers themselves are nice but all that green space in between is going to be underutilized.

Looks like a very replaceable building there at this time.

[EDIT] the render shows the building at 1020 north or so - currently a surface lot.
