I'll agree, a bit, about the retro-feel of the skin . .
thank God it's dark, and not reflective silver glass . .
but let's not pretend . . a boring box, is a boring box, is a . .
an awe-less snooze-job of derelict design . .

200 feet shorter, & it would be a cheap late-60s tower . .
belonging on 3rd Ave around 50th Street . .
