^Yeah. I noticed it doesn't have a diagram yet. I think I might take this one on, since myriad angles are less of an issue for a model than a 2D artwork. Before anyone gets too excited, you'd be looking at a 2 week turnaround given my schedule right now, and that's if I can fit it in.

Sir Norman Foster's tower blows the others away. If they build that tower, well then you would have the world’s ultimate skyscraper then wouldn’t you.

This building doesn’t seem to belong in that place at all. If it were to be built there, I would consider it a shame. Something like that foster tower deserves a much better gallery, such as Chicago or New York. I mean no insult; however, this is just too much tower for an address that seems desolate at best.

That's quite a silly comment. If you did a little bit of reading online, you would realize that the building is being built adjacent to Marine Drive, which is Bombay's equivalent of Sunset Blvd in LA or 5th avenue in New York. You would also learn that there are something like 50+ buildings over 40 stories currently under construction, and so the skyline will be dramatically different in just 5-10 years.

For those of you who think this is being built in the 'slums', I'm quite shocked. Property prices along Marine Drive are amongst the highest in the world, with rates reaching $1,000/sq. ft . Most of the buildings in this area were built in the 1950's, giving it an "Art Deco" look.

Please do investigate and research before posting such comments. Cheers

Youngest billionaire on list and partner of Vinod Goenka (No. 54) in property developer DB Realty and telecom startup Etisalat DB Telecom (formerly Swan Telecom) of which he is vice chairman. Launched its Cheers mobile service in March, bagging Bollywood star Aamir Khan as brand ambassador. Eitisalat was recently denied approval to raise holding to over 50%. Also looking to buy stake in another firm. Interests include unlisted hospitality arm which owns two Le Meridien Hotels and is building 11 more, including the 135-story India Tower in South Mumbai, that will house a Park Hyatt Hotel due to open in 2015.

Maybe just a typo, but you never know.

...huh? Mumbai's economy is skyrocketing so fast that even CNN did a piece on its rapidfly emerging skyline and the most expensive residential tower ever built that they just completed. What makes you think thetre's not enough need and money, aside from possible preconceived notions about India?

They'll might as well make this taller than Burj Dubai if they're gonna build over 2300 feet.

WOW, now that is an iconic design. I'll be curious to see how close the real thing will look compared to this image.

The surrounding material looks like loose soil or crumbly grit rather than bedrock.
