1400 Russell in Soulard will be opening late July 2018 (130 units).

Soulard is one of the oldest and most storied neighborhoods west of the Mississippi.

Progress on Pfizer's $236-million, 300,000 biopharma R&D campus in suburban Chesterfield.

The facility will house Pfizer’s BioTherapeutics Pharmaceutical Sciences group and enabling partners.

Does anyone have any good pics of the arch grounds opening up or the fireworks there? I saw some amazing ones but am struggling to post those right now.

We went to the Independence Day celebration at the Arch grounds.

Everything from the landscaping to the underground museum is world class.

We have more than you think...
2 at Washington University
1 at Centene
1 at a Bank in Clayton
3 at Ballpark Village
1 at One Hundred
2 at SLU Hospital
1 at Itagrani in Carondelet
TOTAL: 11 Cranes

When 300 South Broadway starts, there will be one and I am hearing murmurs that Hibernia in Dogtown will also have one. Good times!

Hey all...my first post! (Though I have been reading this forum with great interest for awhile.)

From my office window, I have a decent view of the construction at the SLU Hospital complex. I can tell you that there are not two, but three cranes on site currently. The main building’s skeletal form is progressing nicely.

Eventually, I should also be able to see the construction of the proposed tower at the Federal Mogul site along Forest Park near Grand. Exciting!

seeing that many cranes DOWNTOWN is a tall drink of water. im all for cranes everywhere but was getting a bit tired of just seeing them in the central west end and clayton...

Two of the best things that could happen for the St.Louis skyline is a recladding of One Met Square and a new downtown tallest around 950' that would create a dramatic apex in the skyline.

I agree St. Louis could use a new tallest but 950ft would be too dramatic. I think a 700ft one would fit better. I would like to see a few 300-500ft buildings surrounding the ball park and the south side of downtown to even out the skyline. I'm hoping 300 south broadway or whatever its called moves forward.
