This project doesn't look bad at all. It is not something that'll stand out as iconic, but it looks like it will blend into the Frankfurt skyline very nicely.

Well, compared to what they originally wanted to build there, I would say that it is already a huge improvement.

The trend in Germany seems to be trabeated architecture. It's a good integration of modern and classical, but probably a little too austere for a lot of people used to the Dubais of the world.

Some new photos I took today:





The cranes are getting visible in the skyline (look to the right of the Commerzbank Tower)


That's probably the perspective from which the tower will have the biggest impact (look for the cranes behind the K26 Tower)
