Great photo of Utah's!!

I think Connecticut has one of the best in the country. Vermont's might be one of the least impressive.

Ohio (aside from the unique "dome", I'm not a fan)

It had been a while since I had explored our Capitol a bit. And I hadn't taken any pictures with the new camera. So, over the past few months I've been working on taking some pics here and there of our Capitol, mostly of the exterior.

Texas Capitol - started in 1881, finished in 1888 - 311 feet tall - 4 floors

About Ohio's: It is much more impressive inside than outside.

For Texas': I like the statue girl holding the star! That's pretty neat looking.

Michigan's Capitol is one of my favorite ones. Beautiful building. Michigan's, Colorado's and Texas' Capitols were designed by the same architect - Elijah E. Myers.

Michigan Senate Chamber. It includes illuminated glass panels in the ceiling that has the name and seal of the 50 states.

I often forget how many grand state and federal buildings we have in this country. These all look great!

As a native Californian, I've always been partial to the capitol in Sacramento as well:
