Yea I guess... 850' is a nice height with this design but I'd rather see it even taller than 1MW. That would look awesome, but then again NYC is spoiled with skyscrapers so it's okay.
Any idea when it's supposed to start construction?
Will the ground level plaza/podium be completed before the second tower starts rising? Or only half of it?

Looks like the ground level retail is taking shape before tower 2.

Last I checked, tower 2 didnt have DOB construction permits. I haven't seen any tenant signings there yet either.
