I've always found the Railway Admin. Building's condition rather depressing. It could be really beautiful if properly restored.

I toured the building about six months before they finally closed it off. Aside from the main building visible from the street, the site also contains a WWII era battery, workshops, dormitory, and vegetable garden.

I checked out the place in last summer. There are some tranditional Japanese houses behind the building. I was wondering if they would be kept or torn down?
