I got ahold of the plans for the Four Seasons, and discovered a few things:

1. The second pit being dug towards the center of the site is a storm water detention vault.

2. The plans show the location of a "future phase II development" area:

3. The official height of the building is 640 feet 10 inches:

WOW thank you RDS!!!

This is definitely a gem for this City, no doubt...

I think Denver should consider it-self lucky to have such a tower being built...

"water detention vault" eh? How does this thing work? It it where all the water from the gutter systems around the Four Seasons go before it's released into Denver's sewer system/Cherry Creek? Or am I just a retard? I am curious of its purpose, as I am no engineer.

Crane base is being installed!

Another crane is going up. I just noticed the base of the crane being installed just to the north of the core pit.

LOOOOOOVE IT.....

4-S is moving along pretty fast! I like that. Let's see if we can get Tabor Dos and 1401 Lawrence and possibly the new mystery tower all starting construction this year!!!

I went back and looked at the permits. The superstructure permit is still pending....not sure why though. They do have the go ahead on shoring and foundation obviously. Hopefully that will be approved ASAP.

Of course it will happen as soon as possible. Everything that happens, happens as soon as possible. If it could happen sooner, it probably would.

Superstructure? Sounds... super.

Are you in charge of your company yet? Want to give me a job? I don't want to work here anymore. I want to work there and watch superstructures get built.
