It won't be much different, you're right. Substance (the details... the street-level... ) matters little in Vegas. It's all about hype.
You're referring to something it can't be, it's not an urban skyscraper. It's another
hype device (such as Paris LV, NY NY hotels) they use to attract more fanny-packers from Ohio.
