The slabs and U/G levels always take an excruciatingly long time, it should be another couple months before this one even reaches grade.

It'll shoot up very quickly once it hits the repeating floorplates though.

To your left will be Casa III. This area has become a giant clusterfu*k, but in a somewhat good way. I like the streetwall that's forming on Charles St, though I wish all these condo's had retail (in particular a street lined with restaurants would be great).
