Just including the story here for historical purposes in case the story/link disappears down the road. Even though there isn't much news to it, it is part of the timeline.

Prospective Halifax ownership group meets with selected governors
TSN.ca Staff May 18, 2018

The prospective ownership group of a potential CFL team in Halifax met with selected governors around the league on Thursday, according to a report from TSN's Farhan Lalji.

The meeting was an opportunity for current owners to provide feedback on the Halifax ownership group's business plan, according to Lalji, and there is cautious optimism as the process moves forward. Lalji added that a stadium deal is still the key for the prospective Halifax owners.

Saskatchewan Roughriders team President Craig Reynolds said Halifax CFL expansion situation is "pretty positive", despite the fact that we haven't heard much in the news lately.

Same old problems a Halifax CFL franchise has had for the last 30 years - lack of investors willing to sink money into the project, and a city council which views an athletic stadium as the least important line item on the city budget (certainly less important than fly-over bicycle off rams off of the McDonald Bridge)..........

Today on Twitter, TSN's Dave Naylor posted that CFL Commissioner Ambrosie and a member of the CFL's Halifax ownership group met with the Premier of New Brunswick and the Mayor of Moncton about the idea of a Halifax-based franchise playing games in Moncton on a temporary basis while a stadium is being constructed.
This is not without precedent. The NFL's Tennessee Titans played in Memphis while a stadium was being built in Nashville. The NHL's Carolina Hurricanes played in Greensboro while an arena was being built in Raleigh.

If needed can capacity be expanded beyond what's there or is it maxed out for that site?
