Construction projects in the United States

Considering the lack of activity in this subforum, I've decided to undertake this half-hearted attempt at listing all the recently completed, under construction, on-hold, and proposed skyscrapers and mega-projects in the United States. I've tried to make this list as accurate and complete as possible but there's no guarantee of that. I'd encourage anyone to add to this list or correct misinformation.

Spire; re: recently completed and Comcast in Philly...

Georgia is on the east coast and Bank of America Plaza in Atlanta is 1,039 ft. Bank of America Plaza in Atlanta is the tallest building in the US outside of NYC or Chicago.

There are so much proposals and only a few U/C. When will they start will all those projects?
