Normally I think podium towers are great, but in this case, there's such a consistent street wall on the other side of the street that I really think the tower needs to be rotated and put along Woodward.

Sheesh I remember the Fine Arts building being demolished long ago and thinking redevelopment being just around the corner. It's a through-block parcel so something quite large could go there assuming they bridge over the alley like before.
