Where are the drawings for this one? I went by this today and they are now working to the front of the tower portion, pouring concrete. Is this to be a patio or also to be a tower as well?

This was an early rendering. From the construction progress it appears the building is being built in two sections.

I see they are putting up that 3M peel and stick vapour barrier on the sheathing. Been seeing this around alot lately. Seems like good stuff

And a nice little infill project that was just built around the corner on Frederick Avenue. More of these and Fairview should start losing its roughness and turn into a nice urban centre.
