It would be interesting to see collages containing all renderings of both of the two constantly redesigned Hudson Yards towers. Might be quite an undertaking, though.

This one takes the cake for iterations, tho.
Coach simply underwent a few minor height and cosmetic tweaks and the North Tower had the awesome ob deck platform added.
Corset simply lost her girdle.

Hmmm...::places semi-clenched hand with open thumb over mouth and knots eyebrows::...I do think that this latest gigunda model they put out is at least in form an attempt to create somewhat of a ompromise between all the versions released so far.

Who knows what Childs is doing at this point. But as long as we're looking at older versions, I'll take this one over the rest and current look...

I really like the boxy one actually, mainly because of the facade. A cylindrical supertall would have been awesome though

Another angle of this version. I'm not sure if there aren't too many setbacks (for its height). For a taller building, the setbacks work nicely.

The Javits model was much larger. That version appears to be somewhere on 10th Ave & 33rd? near the site.

I dont' think it's gotten shorter, looking at the other towers.

If the other shorter towers are 910' and 895' then it's about 950' at best now.

Extrapolating from the current advertized height of the Big tower (1,284'?), this now looks to be almost exactly as high as the top setback to that.
My guess is still over 1K.
