This one will be a surprise. We know it should be around 40 FL. All we can guess is that it's a mixed-use like Altoria (based on that 'render'). Could be the tallest of today's proposals.

Of all the projects announced, it's the more likely to get up since they have a sale office.

The render doesn't go to the base of the building. We think it's a mixed-use project and for the condo sales office they zoom on the condo portion of the tower.

It will have 4 sides. It will rise somewhere between 0 - 1,000 meters. It will feature multiple floors with elevators that rise vertically to take passengers to these different levels. It will be constructed of possibly stone, or wood or steel or glass or combination of all of these. It will have bathrooms that people can use when their poutine makes its way through their digestive tracts. It will feature a Rico Rommheim shrine on floor 38 1/2.
More details to come.

The website is now up. It is confirmed that this is NOT the Cadillac-Fairview project. This project is being built by Essaris Group. Queue de Cheval (which is owned by Essaris) will be torn down to make way for this project.

The architecture seems confused, if not erratic. I guess these are just preliminaries, though.

Nice tid-bit on the details. Very methodical indeed
