There is your answer. Ledcor has a lot of control over this project being the developer (affiliate) / General Contractor.

Wow the finishes on the lowrise section are looking swank. What did units start at on this one? Was it 800 grand?

This one has turned out very well. I love it when a building turns out better than the rendering.
