My #1 to-see destination next time I'm in the City.

Great light and quite a few new angles of buildings I haven't seen before.

It might take 20 years, but at some point before then, this building with be replaced with one that's around 400m. This site has around 2.5m sf in air rights.

the latest is the beer garden on the highline --- to go along with those below it --- beerfans could do a nice highline beer crawl along it --- just sayin!
