coast capital had a huge walk-through for occupancy on floors 5,6, and 7 today. no word on if it passed yet though

Have they started the next phase yet? Seems like they have really slowed down on this.

There's been a huge delay with the first building and last I heard they don't have an anchor tenant for Phase B yet

Drove by the other evening and noticed that every single light in the building was on. It was lit up a like a Christmas tree.

A great addition to the area and another positive step for downtown Surrey. It is definetely a design that you either love or hate. I really enjoy it so i found it funny when people were posting it in the ugly Canada thread.

It sticks out right now, but once phase B is finished it will fit right in. I personally love this building.

Seems like the building is operational now. Quite a few employees have moved in. We need some night shots of this building. I can try getting some this week if I get time.
