Apparently, Cache Creek Landfill is potentially to be closed up- meaning there is no place to put "overflow" trash.

Perhaps it's time to revive the incinerator? The incinerator needs at least 200,000 mT of trash to run, and the Delta landfill already gets 400,000 mT to trash- it would free up capacity.

Or build one of these things.
