40-50 stories could be around 6-800 i would say. as good as it looks im gonna be a cynic here and say that the residential part looks too much like the first one and it is also alot more blue. i guess they have to match, but it seems like everything is blue these days, what about and yellow one? wouldnt that be a contrast!
