I'm harassing my sister to start emailing me a weekly shot from her balcony (my former condo) next door.

Once I start getting them I will post here too!

Agree once this podium gets built we can start to see this one rise quickly! The exciting part!

There are more levels of parking above grade, on top of the ground level townhouses. The typical suite floors don't start until level 7. So it will be a bit slow at first. The podium up to level 6 is joined between the two buildings. The two towers rise separately starting at level 7.

Are they building the entire podium for both towers at once? Or phasing it?

The North Tower and podium are phase A, the south tower will be phase B. So the entire podium will be done before the tower is full height, however it's just a matter of logistics as to when the south half of the podium will be complete.

Thanks for the info Gretzky! I'm glad to see the podium get fully built out. It makes for much better chances of the second tower going ahead sooner.

Gretzky....do you know how many floors the tower will be? The DP had 41 floors, but the website says 44 floors. Just wondering if they amended the DP?

Current plans have the top residential floor as 43, however that could be called 44 if they end up skipping floor 13. Then on top of that of course there are the 2 mechanical penthouse floors.

Thanks Gretzky! Any idea what the official height is? I submitted a height of 469' as was mentioned on the DP, but I believe that is inaccurate as it also had the number of floors at 41.

So I asked the Guardian twitter account what the official height of the building will be, just got a response:

"Highest point of the building will be 146m or 479.5ft"
