I'm afraid you won't see the LakeView Place construction phase re-textured. While I'm re-texturing the city, I'm also moving it from the summer of 2009, where it was previously set, to the summer of 2013, so the re-textured version will be a completed building.

Here's a couple of anonymous low-rises re-textured:

Thanks, guyFROMtheBURGH. I agree. So far I'm liking how the new textures make Bourne look. I just should take time to find more road and parking lot textures to get more diversity.

Time for a street level scene: Looking across the West Ontario Avenue at the City Hall and Administrations Building and the Heritage Insurance Building with the New York Building and Wright Wellington Tower rising behind them.
