I've never seen a rendering, however there is a diagram for it in the Shanghai diagram section--although I think this will look somewhat different than the one submitted.

^Hehe...Like Oh my god! Far right side, the blue building with the white, pointy, traingle-like frame on the top is like totally my building and stuff--at least until next month.

The building is now renamed Oasis Skyway Golden Hotel. Its official height is 226m.

Thanks for this info sfan. From the its triangle plan and its very special crown I found the Golden Magnolia Hotel redesign was very closed to the rendering of the Oasis Skyway Garden Hotel... That's a confirmation.
