I caught FeLiX exiting a window next door this morning. He has been in all 5 apartments on the south side of the 6th floor, I should teach him to look for cash!

Honestly, I think you should start keeping FeLiX indoors, Jimby. One of these days he's going to take a fall, and it's going to use all of his 9 lives!

We're going back to his island on the westcoast where the trees he climbs are much taller than 6 floors!
I do try to monitor his balcony time but sometimes he goes exploring. I always keep the 2 of them inside when I'm not home.

I am sure the 3 of you will love being back there. Bowen Island is lovely!

Thanks! It is a little paradise there.

FeLiX was lying in the sun on the balcony and I noticed how the stained glass colours were shining on his white paws, and I liked the great cat head shadow beside his paws.

FeLiX is thrilled to be back by LUMIN8, on Flickr

FeLiX is thrilled to be back to Bowen Island where he lived for 10 years, but the nasty old witch of the cul de sac put a spell on him and he hasn't gone out for 3 days. I hope she didn't hurt him, I can't see any injuries but he is very subdued and stays close to me.

Here's the cat our family grew up with. We got her in 1989 and she passed away in 2009, but was very healthy until her last day.

WOW, what a beauty and that is a long time. We had a cat for over 18 years and she just got arthritis at the end. She was a lovely cat and we still miss her

I don't think I've posted pictures of Lenore, one of my three cats, now that she's pretty much full grown and almost a year old:

Unfortunatley at the beginning of September, my living situation is getting turned on its head and I will only be living with one of the cats, Kirby, who I've had originally, for the past 7 years.
But I'll still have plenty of visits with the other two brats in their new place. And with their owner

my former neighbours and their cats on the west coast are relieved FeLiX is gone. he seems to be quite happy in his new life as an apartment cat and can still indulge in his hobby of home invading as he accesses other apartments on this floor from the adjoining balconies.

FeLiX used to be the school cat at BICS - Bowen Island Community School - so he can handle kids, deer, rats, dogs, 12 hour car rides - everything except my other cat TaZ.
