how can I defen and sell my idea?

hello my name is Paull. I'm from Odessa.Ukraine. I have some idea for skyscraper.It is not ready project with all elements like floors and elevators,it's variative for this idea.But it's a new conception!This skyscaper can decorate any city in the world(but not in my country).i can't draw in the 3d proggramms,a can draw it on the paper. So it's my question :How can paste my idea?can defend it and sell.
