Yeah, they are just a company of Related, the same developer that is completing the Hudson Yards project in NYC. Yep, definitely don't have resources for a high tower.

Really dude? I mean ffs, they just finished OBP which is well over 800 feet tall and that wasn't even that big of news

I'm expecting 800-1000 ft for shorter tower. 1300-1800 ft for taller.

Well this is exciting! Lets hope for an epic design, since there will be unobstructed views of this thing from the lake and river pretty much for eternity. Related better not disappoint...

If the design is amazing I don't care about height as much, but it would be kinda a waste for the site considering it has the foundations for such.
