Lima is a city I have always wanted to go to. I have a few friends with some connections to the place and they are always talking it up. Now I see why.

absolutely amazing! hadn't seen a lot of this before and I am greatly impressed. The architecture is stunning! Peru must have been one of the wealthiest SPanish colonies becasue it looks like it! I love these Peruvian cities, this and Cusco. Additional Superlatives!!!

I love these streets that you see in peruvian cities (from what I have seen on the internet, they seem to be a feature of peru).. one storey buildings on pedestrian streets with beautiful architecture. I'm also thinking of the cusco steets with the big boulder walls.
