Mandel is going to win, it's going to be another great 3 years! Look how far we've come in the last 3 years, imagine what we will accomplish in 3 more!!!!!!.

Looks great minus Sloan, Caterina and Diotte.

Mandel got more votes than the EE petition

The future looks good for Edmonton if the numbers hold up

Spent the weekend in TO and can say thank god we have some decent choices here. TO's future is looking pretty sad if what I saw there is any indication.

And Dorward didn't get nearly enough as he did in his attempt to have a plebiscite. Where were his so called 100,000 supporters? I guess they must have got on a plane at the International and were out of town for the election!

Great times in Edmonton!
It's nice to see Mandel back and Krushell beating the LRT hater.

Overall very good and as much as Diotte is a little bit of an outlier, I do like that he is there for arguments sake along with his stance on crime.

Not only did the SUN come out in Support of Mandel, this follows the day after the election...

http://www.edmontonsun.com/comment/e.../15753426.html

"Rather than accept the community’s position and move forward, their reaction is to use the Internet as a forum for bile, vitriol and insult. Edmontonians must be “stupid” to support a mayor who ... let’s see... fixed about 15 years of infrastructure neglect, helped land a new gallery downtown, is committed to Edmontonians owning any new arena and has a vision for the downtown."

Kudos to the SUN. Truly a sign that this city is changing.

^ Given this, and David Staples at the EJ on city hall now, well, I feel like I'm taking crazy pills here.
