SmArTaLone's list has been the most comprehensive over the past 3 years:

The CODA tower's cam hasn't been linked yet, but that's probably because it's new. Webcams tend to be hard to find unless you have the exact link...

That's some pretty good architect-ing.

To go from that ugly old building to the new look is quite a change.

Hanover Buckhead Village

Looks like Hanover Buckhead Village is the same exact design as Hanover Post Oak in Houston. http://www.bing.com/images/search?vi...x=5&ajaxhist=0

I think the Midtown "version" will be similar with more of an "s" shape versus the "L" of these others.

Glad these developers (like Novare) are original

I called left a message and put on facebook and twitter...
Umm why?-- Do you think architects control the size of a project or whether or not it gets built-- I wish!?

They both look better than most of the apartment buildings going up this cycle here, so I'm not complaining

Blah. It's now just a not bad, semi exciting project to me. Not going to be paying too much attention to it anymore. Bring on Eviva!

Brookhaven TOD project is finito. Looks like it'll stay a parking lot for the foreseeable future

I'd love to know why the people in Brookhaven were so hell-bent on keeping this a desolate parking lot.

On the other hand, maybe now MARTA will devote those resources to stations that actually want this. *cough* KING MEMORIAL *cough cough*

Sad but not surprising I suppose. Bring the TOD back into town and let the Bookhavenians stay stuck in their cars and traffic...because TOD or not...it's just gonna get worse!!!

Yeah not sure why they haven't started that King Memorial TOD, but I guess they're having a conflict with the cemetary. Would have gone great with all of the new apartments going up in the area.

So the cars in the parking deck have the best street overlook? Surely the tower could have bent in another orientation so balconies could hang over Roswell Street.

Or were they trying to protect the view and cornice line of the theater (and give the pool deck the spot in the process?)

How long untilthe PoMo BoA bites the dust?

I'm pretty sure I read something to the effect that the developer had either put on hold or backed out of the King Memorial project.

I am starting to see a trend with projects that involve The Integral Group. Think: Eviva Peachtree, Brookhaven MARTA TOD, and Doraville GM Assembly. They were also supposed to develop the Multi-Modal Passenger Terminal (MMPT). With their track record, I fear that even if Eviva Peachtree happens, it will probably barely resemble Perkins + Will's original award-winning design that we all liked so much.

This also makes it hard for me to get excited about the upcoming MARTA Arts Station TOD, as they are the developer that was chosen for it.

It seems like they are in over their heads. Maybe they should stick to the heavily subsidized affordable housing projects they have historically built.

My concern with the Opus Place No. 2 project is that if it does not happen, that ugly steel storage shed/sales office may sit on that site for years.

They built a luxury high-rise in Denver tho.

The next meeting won't be until February 14. They meet the second Tuesday of the month. The agenda probably won't be posted for another week.
