595 Hornby - small commercial office building with mostly restaurants and Brandi's strip club. For a building on such a prominent corner downtown; this building is just awful. It looks like it may have been a decent looking mid century block at some point but with serious narsty 70's modifications to the facade, this one may just need to be redeveloped.
Sandman hotel 180 w. Georgia - A mishmash of 70's - 90's bad architecture wrapped in a crumbling podium topped off with a supposed bed bug infestation. Worst colour scheme too. This one needs a complete redevelopment and could accommodate a large multi use building that could become a landmark as its so close to the stadium, again in a very prominent downtown location.
