Bluestone has their tower crane up for this 9s apartment building. Most of the footings are now complete and forming for ground floor is underway.

Suspect the proposal they have just west of Ungers on Gainsborough won't be starting until after this one is completed.

Good progress with the parking garage forming and pouring with 2nd floor being poured. Ground floor walls of building also nearing completion.

Parking garage appears to be nearing completion. Still working on ground floor of building. Tower crane has a Concrete Forming sign on it so they have yet another high rise project site on the go. This site plus the Old Oaks Morgan Ave and Centro projects must have them maxed out in terms of resources.

They have around 50% of the 5th floor walls and posts poured now. Forming still on the south end for the 5th floor.

About 40% of the 9th floor walls and posts are now poured and forming for the remainder is nearly done. Should see the roof slab forming and pouring within the next few weeks.

This is now topped out with the mechanical penthouse walls now poured. Working still on some of the rooftop treatments on the south end.

Window modules now installed up to the 8th floor. Roofing contractor prepping for the roof install. Concrete forms being cleaned up and removed from site as their work is now done. Will this CF concrete crew go to a new project or help out on the other CF project sites like Centro and Morgan Ave?
