My friend and I are looking to purchase something to develop but are still scouting. Every other agent keeps mentioning city perks, grants and no interest loans for interior and exterior improvements. I was looking through the city website but am having trouble making sense of it all. I think I will take a trip over there to ask, but if anyone who might actually know whats going on could shed some light on this for me I would very much appreciate it.
My friend who's already purchased a couple of places here is trying to figure out if he can get any assistance to reno the roof, legalize his triplex, update his electrical. Basically anything where costs may be alleviated
