Note: Schematic design is underway. Schedules for working drawings and construction are undetermined at this time. Further update fall 2015.
Budget is unreleased. Architect requests NO PHONE CALLS please at this time.

Project: reinforced concrete foundation, cast-in-place concrete structural frame, structural steel frame, 02315; excavation, 02935; landscape, 04080; masonry, 08800; glazing systems, 12350; hotel casework, 13020; hotel and dormitory units, 14280; elevator equipment and controls, construction of a condo tower and five-star hotel with ttl of 220 units; to include some office space & ground level CRU/restaurant space as well; may utilize an automatic parking system for several levels of u/g prkg.

Scope: 220,000 square feet; 71 storeys; 6 storeys below grade; 220 units

First report Tue Mar 25, 2014.
