It's not taller. Current city hall: 101m. Old city hall clock tower: 90-92m depending on how you measure.

The Peace tower (without its flag pole): 89m. So Toronto still wins.

Dude, I'm agreeing with you. The clock tower simply can't be the 103.6 whatever metres.
