HO CHI MINH CITY | Vietcombank Tower | 150m | 35 floors

Saigon - HCMC - Vietnam

Meinhardt have been commissioned to undertake the civil & structural design as well as the façade design for this 60,000 sq.m. landmark retail banking complex and office development to be constructed in Ho Chi Minh City. Located next to the Saigon River, the 35 storey office development will provide grade A office space to be used by Vietnam’s largest bank, Vietcom Bank as well as office space for private tenants. The building also features a 4 level basement and 5 level podium

Such a classic, textbook Pelli Clarke Pelli design with perfectly placed setbacks and steel mullions to accentuate the vertical. Love it.
