You are going to allow an incredibly horrific piece of "architecture" like that find its place into a mountain heaven that only Colorado and Utah seem to have left in the continental US?
Geez, it looks like the worst aspect in Vegas dropped into the Rockies.
I live in NYC and I love Hi Rise design when it was done with taste and skill.
While nothing is like NYC, Denver has a some nice buildings as do San Francisco, , Seattle, Portland, Salt Lake City etc. They, however, are cities and they need that type of design.
What you have done in Black Hawk is hilariously bad. Please!!! It ain't the Biltmore. That has history. I cannot wait to send this image to people who know both architecture and design. You guys are not only cheering for the ripping of your land but you are championing bad and tasteless architecture.
You should be talking about how embaressed you are rather than one more mediocre design sitting in a truly beautiful site. Design for the beauty of the area and do not design because it seemed like a good idea. 10 years from now it will be a laughing stock...hell anyone who sees the renderings are already laughing.
