Wow!

It appears as if the building in completely transparent because of the near-matching cloud pattern in the sky.

That lobby is going to be a better view than the river. Lucky neighbors!

I liked the river view. The park is definitely gonna be a better view than the tracks though.

Didn't know the vertical fins have a wavy element. Does anyone know of any exterior lighting features?

As far as lighting goes, I believe that there will be in-grade uplights highlighting the Granite slabs at the north and south end of the core, and some other lighted elements in and around the base of the core. For instance I believe that the column strips as they bend onto the granite base will be illuminated. Also the masts along the river walk that can be seen at the bottom of Ryan's third picture are for mounting lights that will be aimed up the buildings at each column.

The shots of the base with the train in the foreground really bring home the massive scale of this, which gets diminished in the wider skyline shots. It's really a magnificent feat of engineering, and a pretty damn good feat of design as well. Chicago is getting some real stunners.

This has become my favorite highrise ever. The way it interacts with its surroundings is incredible...with its skinny base from the river with people on ferries to the subways flying by. And then the facade is just amazing and is capable of making a bulky tower looking quite slender. It's hypnotically elegant. It also works perfect as the sister to 444 West Lake.

This emphasizes how much the small foot-print makes it feel actively poised above the river, like the base has been eroded out.
