No, I don't think any of them were in 2400 Market. The Design Center was in the Guaranty Industrial Building, which is adjacent at 2324 Market.

Perhaps it did move to 34 S. 11th Street already. Not sure if the Chestnut Street businesses were ever slated to move, but they are still there. Joanne Hudson closets is also still in the actual 2400 Market building as it's being renovated. So I assume it's staying...

If I'm not mistaken 2400 market was known as the marketplace design center and one reason they had to move was because of the PMC purchase and redevelopment plan. If you read the CCD link your provided it mentions the building fronts the river- so that would be 2400 market. Now there may be additional businesses nearby that have not made the move.

Some but not all of the design tenants previously at 2400 Market (many of which were temporarily camping out in the Witherspoon building) have moved into this project already. They are calling themselves Design Center. The ones that didn't make the move made other arrangements. The Design Center is on the 3rd and 4th floors of 1100 Ludlow (fka 34 S 11th) above MOM's. Similar to the 2400 Market setup in that they aren't street-facing retailers so much as design showrooms. The entrance is indeed on the walkway running between 11th and 12th. If you walk by in any kind of dusk you can usually see spectacular lighting fixtures in the windows of the 3rd and 4th floors as a visual cue of where they are.

Nice shot regardless of when , but now it makes me wonder . The glass paneling
appears to be charcoal gray and thats fine , but since the corners have not been
installed yet , could it be that they may be a different shade .... or color all together .

It never left/went down. I check it every day.

While we’re on it - bottom right corner of the camera, tower 2, what’s the curved layout? I can’t remember what page the renderings are on.

Today's webcam: more than half way up with the cladding, starting to add corner glass at the bottom, and a shot of the work on the deck.

on Flickr

Here's a detail of the deck plan.. not sure what it all represents, but you can see the resemblance..
and perhaps some tweeks..

That park is better than all of the love park. Maybe we should just let a developer put a tower on the love park so long as they make the majority of the space a park.

What "park"? The area on the 2nd fl. roof that I assume will be for tenants only?

walked by this past Saturday, the scaling is great on this and the buildings fit well, almost as if they could have been there a long time. Like how this is coming together a lot

Like others here, I wasn't a big fan of the cladding on the first tower as it went up. But I've come to really like how these two towers--and especially their cladding--play off of each other. So yet another example of why you probably shouldn't judge an entire project until it's pretty far along or even finished.

I can think of countless towers that turned out to be disappointment, but so far, I am really liking the outer structure of this tower tremendously!

These towers were tastefully done; they do have a nice exterior.
