Eventually there will be more mall parking under the other phases once completed.

Thanks for posting that. I love seeing bird's eye views of this site. I know the site pretty well from walking around it at ground level but it's fascinating to see it from above. You can see so much more.

Brentwood is going to look exactly like Metrotown in the 1990's, with its own pair of dominating twin black towers.

Only the third is at nearly at ground level, and 4th going on sale in the spring.

Brentwood got to skip few decades of waiting for tower 3.

Came into town for the first time in a couple months and was pretty impressed at how significant an impact this project has on the Brentwood skyline. It's a very solid addition to metro Vancouver.

Does anyone know what sort of tenants the recent office buildings in the Brentwood area have been successful at attracting?

The Q4 Avison Young Office Market report says that none of the 52,800 sq. ft of office space due to complete in the fall in Station Square has been leased yet, and while none of the 500,000 sq. ft. of office that's part of the Brentwood redevelopment has been constructed yet, there's also no pre-lease activity there either.

The amazing stuff we can accomplish without viewcones in place.

Except the twin black towers are way taller than the Metrotown office blocks, flanked by the Solo towers, and with more to join them very soon. The visual impact of that valley is already amazing from many parts of the Lower Mainland.

Solo has snagged a few local offices, but has not succeeded in attracting any from downtown as far as I know.

Yellowpages took a big chunk, as did Capcom. Regius took a floor, maybe two.

Only 2.5 floors left now.

Yellowpages are still a thing?

I thought they went the way of Polaroids and Vinyl records and ....velcro fashion.

(j/k....
...apologies to anyone who still works for Yellowpages,....or Velcro.)

their books have, they've moved into online information and advertising. I don't know how successfully but they're there.

Yeah they owned a bit of online properties (AutoTrader, RedFlagDeals)

Quite a few random apps too, nostalgic of the old books
